Our Corporate Lending team is responsible for providing financing solutions to large corporations and international clients, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Stagiaire Corporate Lending - Origination & Execution.

About the Role

As a Stagiaire Corporate Lending - Origination & Execution, you will assist our team in all aspects of corporate lending, from origination to execution. You will work closely with our Transaction Managers and Senior Bankers to analyze credit, negotiate documentation, and structure financing solutions. You will also participate in the management of a portfolio of clients and develop your skills in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and relationship management.

Responsibilities
  • Origination: Participate in marketing efforts to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients.
  • Execution: Assist in the analysis of credit, negotiation of documentation, and structuring of financing solutions.
  • Portfolio Management: Participate in the management of a portfolio of clients and develop your skills in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and relationship management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
