Nurse Referrer

RESEAU ALLIANCE, a leading recruitment agency in personnel delegation and candidate placement, is seeking an experienced Nurse Referrer (H/F) for one of its esteemed clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement service strategies to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, participating in HR management actions to foster a positive work environment
• Ensure the quality and safety of care and paramedical activities, adhering to industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop, implement, and communicate the paramedical project of the service, driving its success and growth
• Monitor and improve the provision of catering, cleaning services, and other essential services, taking corrective actions as needed
• Provide expert guidance and support to patients, families, and staff on service operations and any related matters

Essential Qualifications:

• State Diploma in Nursing
• Basic knowledge of the nursing profession framework
• Mastery of care activities, products, and materials used
• Strong team management and organization skills
• Knowledge of service organization, scheduling, and equipment management
• Proficiency in computer tools and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of healthcare professionals
• Recognized for your professionalism, sense of priorities, punctuality, open-mindedness, and good interpersonal skills
