As a Technico-Commercial(e) Sédentaire, you will join our Customer Relationship and Expertise Center. Your role will involve leveraging your technical expertise to assist with the specifications of electrical equipment across a diverse range of products, including lighting, automation, electrical devices, industrial equipment, low and medium voltage distribution, as well as HVAC systems, solar panels, and home automation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Promoting and selling our products and services to our B2B clientele.
2. Directing customer inquiries based on your expertise.
3. Preparing detailed quotations.
4. Addressing technical inquiries and managing any complaints.
5. Negotiating pricing and delivery timelines.
6. Proactively following up on technical and commercial proposals.
7. Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
8. Entering and tracking orders.
