Position Title: Childcare Specialist
Kangourou Kids is seeking a committed and skilled childcare specialist to provide care for two young children, aged 12 months and 3 years.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM
- Key Responsibilities: Attending to the children's needs, supporting their growth, and assisting with daily routines, including transportation to daycare or school.
- Total Hours: 36 hours per month
- Flexibility: Part-time hours can be adjusted to accommodate your availability, whether you are a newcomer to the workforce, a student, or enjoying retirement.
- Includes: Coverage during school holidays
Qualifications:
- At least 80 hours of childcare experience in a family setting, summer camp, educational institution, or daycare
- Experience with children aged 12 months or younger
- Reliable, punctual, and self-sufficient
- Passion for nurturing and supporting children throughout the academic year
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay based on qualifications and the ages of the children
- + 10% paid vacation
- + 25% additional pay for evenings, Sundays, and holidays
- + Reimbursement for travel expenses incurred while using your vehicle for work
- Temporary full-time contract
