We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Biologics Manufacturing to lead our late stage clinical and commercial biologics manufacturing operations. This is a key role that will partner with various functions to ensure plant readiness and operational success.

## Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with MSAT, Quality Assurance, Facilities, and Engineering to ensure seamless operations
* Develop and implement GMP and OE training programs in partnership with Quality
* Oversee commissioning, qualification, and validation processes, including risk assessments and validation summary reports
* Manage task and time effectively, with strong organizational skills
* Utilize Microsoft Office and MS Project to drive project success
* Lead technology and process transfer for late-stage clinical manufacturing or commercial qualification campaigns
