Sommelier Lead

We are seeking a Sommelier Lead to join our team at Zuma Cannes, offering a competitive annual salary of 60,000 - 90,000. Our ideal candidate is experienced in sommellerie and has a deep understanding of wine and sake.

Zuma Cannes is a historic Palm Beach location, hosting guests attending iconic events throughout the year. As a Sommelier Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing wine service, managing wine stock levels, and collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless service.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Oversee wine service and manage wine stock levels
2. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver smooth service
3. Use your expertise to create memorable dining experiences and drive sales
4. Ensure accurate management of wine stock levels and ordering procedures
5. Develop strong relationships with regular guests and high-value customers
6. Address guest feedback professionally and keep senior management informed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sommelier in a luxury high-volume restaurant
• Deep understanding of wine and sake
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Friendly and customer-oriented with a focus on creating memorable experiences
