About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced PSIRT Manager to join our cybersecurity team at IDEMIA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Product Security Incident Response Team and ensuring the effective management of product security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize current PSIRT processes to ensure they are aligned with industry best practices.
• Manage product security incidents, working closely with the security team and other relevant departments to ensure swift and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with product and program development, engineering, and security teams to integrate security considerations into the product and program lifecycle and incident response processes.
• Develop and implement strategies for ongoing improvement of the product and program security incident response framework.
• Provide regular reports on security incidents, process effectiveness, and team performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a PSIRT or incident response role.
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in leading and growing a team. Strong expertise in incident response and product security. Excellent process optimization and project management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
