Who We Are Seeking

We are in search of a Financial Risk Specialist who will take charge of various risk-related initiatives, including market analysis, risk assessments, and performance evaluations of our vaults.

Location

Flexible working arrangements are available, allowing for remote work with a preference for candidates within a time zone that allows for collaboration with our team.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Providing support to Morpho integrators and enhancing their operational performance through strategic insights derived from comprehensive market research.
  • Creating and supplying tools in collaboration with the integration team to improve market efficiency.
  • Facilitating the launch of new markets and vaults.
  • Leading the development of risk management tools for our risk curators.
  • Offering guidance and support for risk-related initiatives within Morpho Labs.
  • Managing the strategies for distributing MORPHO rewards.
  • Monitoring the distribution of MORPHO tokens across various platforms and holder types.
Required Experience & SkillsRisk Management & Finance
  • Risk Proficiency: Extensive experience in risk and quantitative analysis, including mathematical and statistical modeling (4-5 years).
  • Market Acumen: Strong understanding of market dynamics, price formation, and liquidity.
  • Behavioral Modeling: Ability to conceptualize and analyze user behavior through game theory.
DeFi Knowledge
  • Tokenomics Expertise: Experience in token launches, distribution strategies, and incentive frameworks.
  • DeFi Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of the DeFi ecosystem.
  • Analytical Tools: Familiarity with blockchain explorers and DeFi analytics platforms, such as Dune Analytics.
Technical Competencies
  • System Modeling: Capability to independently model systems using Python and conduct data analysis.
  • Back Testing: Experience in performing back-testing procedures.
  • Proficient in Git.
  • Proficient in Python.
  • SQL/Dune Analytics.
