Job Description

Job Title: Process Expert, EU ATS ACES

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Expert to join our team at Amazon France Transport SAS. As a Process Expert, you will play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Analyze data to inform process design and improvement decisions
  • Communicate process improvements and results to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, engineering, or other technical field (or higher) or extensive Amazon experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (or higher)
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
