Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at The Boortmalt Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist in the maintenance and repair of production and processing equipment, as well as utility-related equipment.
- Develop and drive an integrated maintenance team to continuously improve plant performance and reduce maintenance lifecycle costs.
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Support the installation of new equipment and ensure all repairs are properly documented.
- Conduct root cause analysis of out-of-specification results and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist with customer audits and technical reviews.
- Comply with all procedures, regulations, and policies applicable to the role.
- Participate in the BOPEX (continuous improvement) program.
- Apply safety rules and ensure they are followed by all team members.
- Work in alignment with necessary ISO standards.
- Contact suppliers on the technical side.
- A degree in a recognized technical or engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience working in the repair and maintenance of machinery in a comparable industry.
- Awareness of HACCP, food hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent French and good English language skills.
- Good IT skills, including Office 365, AutoCAD, Maximo, and ERP systems.
