Your Role

We are seeking an experienced AI and Data Science Manager to join our Global IT Data and Digital Organization. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the setup and implementation of AI and Data Science solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, deliver, and manage AI and Data Science solutions to support business decision-making
• Share knowledge and best practices to ensure business benefits from AI and Data Science
• Manage resources and experts to support rapidly increasing business needs
• Build and educate a team to provide necessary support for other departments
• Drive the growth of AI and Data Science in CEVA Logistics

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management, technical-functional, and managerial aspects
• Technical-functional experience in AI tools, applications, Cloud Solutions (preferably AWS and Snowflake), and modern data architecture models
• Extensive experience in management and coordination of activities, tools, processes, best practices, and risk management
• Strong experience and understanding of modern data technologies, data-oriented architecture, and advanced analytics
• Strategic vision and operational execution capabilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
