Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at PAGE PERSONNEL. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services and products, and for implementing quality control measures to prevent defects and errors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Animate quality indicators and provide support to operational staff in our agencies.
- Ensure the link between the Quality Service France and our agencies.
- Provide support for the implementation of quality tools and methodologies.
- Ensure the good implementation of quality best practices in our agencies.
- Develop and implement quality control plans.
- Participate in internal and external audits in the context of outsourcing control.
- Participate in and animate the preparation of audits in the context of certifications, develop and follow up on action plans.
- Support operational and support services in the realization of client reports and indicators.
- Be a support during client COPIL, participate in the animation of client meetings, if necessary.
- Identify potential dysfunctions both internally and with our clients.
- Analyze the problems encountered with agency managers and be a source of proposal for improvement solutions.
- Help our agencies to analyze the reasons for not achieving their objectives.
- Pilot continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Quality (QHSE) or related field.
- At least 2 years of operational experience in a Quality Assurance role.
- Experience in logistics/transport is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and recognized for rigor and initiative.
- Familiarity with certifications, standards, and regulations such as ISO 14001, ADR.
