As a vital member of our Hutchinson Research and Innovation Center (CRI), you will play a key role in supporting the SEEDS (Sensors, Electrical & Electronics, Data, Software) director with administrative duties and event management. Your tasks will encompass assisting with management operations, organizing international technical gatherings, coordinating schedules and agendas, overseeing orders for the department, and crafting communication materials.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist the director with administrative responsibilities
- Plan and execute international technical events
- Coordinate schedules, agendas, meetings, and travel logistics
- Monitor orders for the department
- Create and develop communication materials
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in communication, business, or digital studies
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent communication and event organization skills
• Proficient in Office, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms such as Teams
• Fluent in English
