This role at Just Evotec Biologics EU encompasses the proficient execution of both clinical and commercial production activities while adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Manufacturing Associates III are tasked with carrying out production processes, overseeing equipment functionality, and implementing procedural recipes. They are also responsible for initiating quality documentation, completing assigned duties promptly, and mentoring less experienced staff members. The ideal candidate should possess a robust mechanical understanding, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to resolve equipment-related issues. Prior experience in biotherapeutics production is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate quality documentation, including non-conformances, and assist in investigative processes
- Complete designated tasks promptly while adhering to safety protocols and cGMP standards
- Mentor junior staff members
- Actively engage in departmental initiatives and suggest solutions to operational challenges
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and document operational needs
- Exhibit situational leadership within the organization
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in Manufacturing & Operations; or
- Associate's degree with 5 years of experience in Manufacturing & Operations; or
- High school diploma / GED with 7 years of experience in Manufacturing & Operations
- Aptitude for developing solutions to technical challenges
- Ability to train other personnel on equipment usage
- Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP regulations
- Experience in biotherapeutics production processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient troubleshooting skills for manufacturing equipment
