Job Description: Waste Management Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waste Management Equipment Operator to join our team at a waste disposal site. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a wheeled excavator with a lifting cabin to efficiently manage waste materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a wheeled excavator equipped with a lifting cabin at a waste disposal facility.
  • Load and unload metals and various types of waste materials.
  • Sort and categorize different waste streams for proper disposal.
  • Fill trucks with waste materials for transportation to designated disposal sites.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid CACES R382 B1 AND C1 certification.
  • Demonstrate previous experience working in a waste management environment.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in maintaining and performing basic repairs on equipment.
  • Minimum of one year of experience operating similar machinery in a waste disposal setting.
