MBway, a renowned international management institution providing programs from Bac +3 to Bac +5, is seeking a Financial Management Apprentice to collaborate with one of our esteemed partner organizations. This role is structured as an apprenticeship for a duration of 24 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the annual budget formulation alongside departmental leaders
• Manage monthly financial closures for reporting purposes
• Evaluate discrepancies between forecasts and actual results, proposing corrective measures as necessary
• Perform financial analyses as requested by operations or management
• Develop and refine tracking dashboards
• Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
• Assist managers in comprehending the financial dimensions of their operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Achieved Bac+3 by 2022
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Capable of synthesizing information and communicating effectively
• Proficiency in English is advantageous
