Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Unload delivery trucks with raw materials and store them in a safe and organized manner.
• Receive and inspect products according to established procedures to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Stock products following storage guidelines to maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment.
• Replenish picking zones to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare and check customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Load transport trucks with products and materials in a safe and efficient manner.
• Support production by ensuring supply and various logistical tasks to meet business needs.
• Comply with safety regulations on-site to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain physical and digital inventory accuracy to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Required Skills:

Successful experience in logistics (storekeeper, order picker, stock controller) and possession of CACES 1 or higher, with the possibility of training provided. Dynamic, organized, and reactive individual with a passion for acquiring new skills and working collaboratively. Proficiency in using ERP systems (such as Oracle) for tracking logistical actions and comfortable with scanner operations. Daytime schedule initially, subject to change based on activity levels.
