We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team in the Quantum Information (QI) group at LIP6, Sorbonne Université. Our team is an interdisciplinary research group covering computer science, theoretical physics, and experimental quantum optics.
As a postdoctoral researcher, you will have the opportunity to work on the development of protocols for applications in quantum networks, such as networks of sensors, distributed and delegated quantum computation, and anonymous communication. You will work with collaborators across the spectrum, from those building the devices themselves to developing the software stack, and working with industry on real-world use cases.
The position is initially for 12 months, renewable for up to 24 months, with a flexible start date. You will be expected to manage your own research, contribute to the working life of the team, and have the opportunity to help supervise students and teach.
