The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly experienced professional to assume the role of Deputy CEO, supporting the CEO in driving the development of our integrated IPP. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the EPC and O&M divisions, ensuring seamless integration and effective management of our business.

About the Role:
  1. Lead the development of our IPP, working closely with the CEO to drive strategic growth and expansion.
  2. Manage the EPC and O&M divisions, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
  3. Develop and implement effective asset management strategies to optimize our portfolio.
  4. Collaborate with our finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  5. Provide strategic guidance on company law and board governance, ensuring compliance with ESG requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a leading role within a prominent company in the PV industry, with expertise in PV EPC and O&M operations, plant design, project development, asset management, finance, and corporate governance.
  2. Strong understanding of company law and board governance, including ESG requirements.
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Fluency in English.
