Trend Management Trainee

Join our team at Liebherr-Mining Equipment Colmar SAS, a leading player in the mining industry, and take on the challenge of implementing a professional trend management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement a trend management system, including organization, update of information, and relevant trend or technologies.
  • Collaborate with other divisions through a common language and understanding of trends.
  • Participate in the implementation and development of trend management, including processes and tools in the field of Innovation Management.
  • Process and maintain trend and technology radars/trend and technology portfolios, including research requests or reports, content update in collaboration with the Liebherr divisions.
  • Ensure the integration of future themes (trends and technologies) with Liebherr Mining division-specific trends and areas of innovation.
  • Propose recommendations for action for cross-divisional innovation projects and actively support them.
  • Develop and guarantee corporate standards and guidelines concerning the procedure, methodology, and semantics of trend management.
Requirements:
  • Technology/innovation management, business engineering, or similar background.
  • First experience in innovation/trend management (methods/processes and applications (software)).
  • Communication and presentation skills in French, German, and English.
