About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Success Strategist to partner with our Sales Tools & Technology team, Sales Operations team, and Business stakeholders to assess, develop, and continuously improve the performance and capabilities of our Retail sales teams in terms of Salesforce and sales processes adoption.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing user support, coaching, and trainings, as well as identifying gaps in the sales journey and proposing concrete ideas and actions to close these gaps. Additionally, they will work closely with development teams to translate business needs into technical visions that can be executed on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the partner for internal entities in accompanying them with their Salesforce strategy.
  • Translate business needs into technical visions that development teams can execute on.
  • Work with sales, sales operations, product management, and central teams like Marketing to identify gaps in the sales journey and propose concrete ideas and actions to close these gaps.
  • Be the go-to-person for discussing new processes, workflows, features, and more to improve the end-to-end sales/sales ops processes.
  • Contribute to the benchmark, implementation, and management of new sales enablement tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales enablement platforms, coaching tools, and more.
  • Provide Salesforce and sales processes end-user support to the sales team and wider Retail organization.
  • Analyze Salesforce incidents and determine the best way to solve them.
  • Work closely with the central Sales Tools and Technology team on incident resolution and keep the end-user updated on the incident resolution progress.
  • Assign leads to sales representatives and track lead conversion.
  • Identify and propose improvements.
  • Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training and content to develop the skills and knowledge of our sales team in the usage of Salesforce.
  • Ensure that all content/trainings are easily available and up-to-date on our Learning Management Systems.
  • Build a trusted relationship with sales representatives, gather and relay feedback to continuously improve the training program.
  • Educate teams with best practices.
  • Communicate new features and functionalities to users and update the knowledge base.
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve Salesforce adoption and usage.
  • Check the Salesforce data quality and perform data cleaning.
  • Identify industry best practices in terms of data quality management.
  • Propose ways to automate data cleaning and data quality management processes.
  • Gather requirements and design Salesforce reports and dashboards for the Retail organization.
  • Build custom reports and dashboards for managers and leaders to better drive performance.
  • Support the definition of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and functional tests.
  • Test new features in sandbox before deployment.

Requirements

  • SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED A UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR COMPUTER SCIENCE AND BUSINESS INFORMATICS OR EQUIVALENT OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and network in complex international matrix organizations with proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to positively influence and build mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Good understanding of how an integrated systems landscape works, including related processes, system interfaces, customer data integration, and master data management integrations.
  • Solid understanding of the sales cycle and customer journey.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into management information with focus on changes in business environment and key performance indicators measurement.
  • Ability to listen, challenge, and formalize business needs.
  • Curious, creative, and proactive, always eager to improve the way of working and proposing new ideas.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken), one additional European language mandatory, 3rd language appreciated.
  • SFDC Certification will be a plus.
  • Retail knowledge and experience appreciated.

Salary Range:$140,000 - $170,000 per year.
