Job Title: Social Media Engagement and Employee Advocacy Specialist

Description:

Are you passionate about the outdoors and skilled in social media? We have an exciting role for you. As our Social Media Engagement and Employee Advocacy Specialist, you will play a vital role in crafting and sharing our brand narratives across professional social platforms to elevate Salomon's presence and reputation as an employer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Salomon's social media strategy on platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed
  • Collaborate with essential stakeholders to establish the content strategy for employer branding
  • Oversee the editorial calendar and content development for professional social channels
  • Interact with the community, moderate communications, and refine content for social media
  • Launch an employee advocacy initiative to enhance brand recognition and engagement
  • Partner with various teams to create and execute employee advocacy campaigns
  • Provide training and resources to employees on social media advocacy
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on social media and advocacy efforts

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in social media and employer branding initiatives
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire employees

Desired Qualifications:

Education: Master's Degree in Digital Communications
IT Skills: Familiarity with social media management tools and graphic design software
Language: Proficient in English
