About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting business analysis, defining functional requirements, and testing created solutions. You will work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis and be an active member of an Agile team.
About the Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Practical experience in Guidewire systems implementation or maintenance as a business or system analyst or tester
- Creativity, resourcefulness, and proactivity in finding solutions to complex problems
- Ability to apply analytical thinking and synthesis to present results of your work
- Strong aptitude to work with external clients from the financial sector in a professional environment
- Ability to learn quickly in a friendly but challenging international environment
- Great command of English and French language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers
About the Wishes
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with insurance business processes
- Experience working in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance
- Team leadership skills and management experience
- Additional languages
