We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Affairs Manager to join our team in Paris, France. As a key member of our regulatory team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations in France and Belgium.
Key Responsibilities- Provide regulatory guidance and support to business stakeholders on strategic and tactical matters.
- Develop and implement product communication frameworks for CE marked medical devices in France and Belgium, including promotional and scientific materials.
- Collaborate with the wider Legal and Compliance team, as well as Commercial and Medical Affairs team members to develop compliant relationships with Healthcare Professionals and government officials.
- Coordinate and execute transparency reporting for Novocure's French and Belgian Operations.
- Manage the implementation and future operation of the new 'Charter of Information on Medical Devices'.
- Provide training on regulatory compliance and best practices.
- Lead on internal and external audits.
- Relevant university degree in a field such as pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.
- Profound experience in review and approval of marketing and scientific materials in France.
- Thorough understanding of applicable regulations based on several years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in French and English is required. Any other language is a plus.
- Prior experience working in an international environment is beneficial.
