Event Manager Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Event & Project Manager Marketing to join our team at Gurobi Optimization. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing large-scale events, conferences, and trade shows that showcase our company's expertise in mathematical optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute event strategies that align with our company goals and objectives.
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of events, including venue selection, vendor management, staffing, travel arrangements, and on-site event coordination.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote events and drive attendance.
- Utilize various channels such as email marketing, social media, and digital advertising to maximize event reach and impact.
- Cultivate relationships with key industry partners, event organizers, vendors, and sponsors.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure event success and analyze post-event data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in events marketing, focusing on the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, virtual/hybrid events, and product launches.
- Proficient in events management, project management, and data analysis.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive and productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
