The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in development and maintenance of data pipelines. They will also have a good understanding of agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, and be proficient in Python, SQL, and decisional data modeling.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have a strong understanding of data management and data privacy topics, as well as knowledge of the (re)insurance industry and/or financial services.
