Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our team in Kristiansand, Norway. This is a full-time permanent position under a local contract with a competitive salary based on profile, including bonuses and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an environmental sustainability strategy and programs, including energy, carbon, ecology, nuisance and pollution, waste, groundwater, and cultural heritage.
  • Lead the business to achieve its environmental sustainability objectives, including mitigations to reduce environmental effects.
  • Implement and operate the Environment Management System ISO 14001.
  • Ensure environmental compliance against client expectations, regulation, and technical standards.
Requirements
  • An engineering discipline degree.
  • Experience of large civil engineering projects.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Norwegian language proficiency is a plus.
