Job Title: Director, Corporate Compliance
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Corporate Compliance to join our team at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our compliance program, ensuring that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our compliance program remains effective.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in compliance roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Deep understanding of European compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes of practice.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to design and implement creative solutions to support the development of strategies and implementing solutions swiftly.
