Your Daily Responsibilities
As a SAV Host, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and orienting customers
- Managing SAV dossiers (administrative and logistical): spare parts, exchanges, and refunds
- Managing the flow of defective products and spare parts
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with a strong customer service background and experience in the SAV or customer service field.
