Job Title: Site IT Expert
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Site IT Expert to join our team at Just Evotec Biologics EU. As a Site IT Expert, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between local business and technology groups, ensuring that IT solutions are aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between local business and technology groups to translate requirements and enable the creation of value-added IT solutions.
- Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in the specification of new and/or major upgrades to existing services or products.
- Establish project plans and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities for locally managed projects.
- Participate in/lead implementation and roll-out projects in close alignment with the respective Technology groups, focusing on defining local requirements, ensuring required testing, and local user adoption.
- Interface with external vendors to ensure operational activities and project activities are well coordinated.
- Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation. Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and monitor technical queries/issues/incidents raised; manage escalations with appropriate Technology groups and support Associate/Director IT manufacturing sites.
- Understand and apply Technology procedures, quality standards, and security requirements to all activities.
- Author and maintain site-specific SOPs and WPs linked to local application landscape.
Requirements:
- Degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, business, or similar education/experience.
- Fluent English written & spoken.
- > 5 years of working experience in IT/OT area, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, leveraging digital technology/big data.
- > 3 years of experience with Computerized System Validation.
- Advanced skills in Business Analysis, Requirements Definition & Management, Influencing and persuading, Managing challenges, Effective Communication.
- Advanced understanding of process architecture and IT industry standard service lifecycle management practices.
- Intermediate understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Lab processes and related IT solutions, e.g., Manufacturing Execution System, Quality Management Systems, Warehousing Systems, Local Automation Systems.
- Intermediate understanding in managing and supporting applications in the IT/OT space and knowledge and understanding for IT/OT infrastructure.
- Intermediate understanding of working in GxP classified environments, CSV.
