LHH Recruitment Solutions, a leading consulting firm specializing in recruitment and expert evaluation, is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist H/F.

In light of significant organizational changes within the company, particularly in the finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for the divisions under your oversight.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Processing supplier invoices efficiently
  • Managing fixed assets and preparing financial records
  • Issuing and validating supplier payments
  • Integrating monthly operational data into the SAGE 1000 accounting system
  • Aligning revenue figures with operational data for each division
  • Ensuring proper application of analytical codes during financial entries
  • Recording bank transactions
  • Conducting bank reconciliations
  • Reconciling payroll-related social accounts
  • Reviewing, entering, and processing expense claims
  • Conducting thorough account audits
  • Managing inventory entries (FNP / CCA / FAE...)
  • Calculating and documenting necessary provisions
Your Profile:

Proficient in office applications and SAGE 1000 accounting software

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Ability to manage multiple financial structures concurrently

Responsible for overseeing the accounting process from invoice entry to account reconciliation

Self-sufficient and capable of effective communication to gather essential information from management

Collaborative team member

BTS (BAC +2) in Accounting or DUT in Business and Administration with a focus on accounting and finance

Extensive experience in accounting is essential

Experience in an accounting firm is advantageous

Background in social tourism or youth services is a plus
