Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive audits and evaluations of hygiene standards, food production methods, waste management practices, and environmental strategies.
- Provide expert guidance and technical assistance in the areas of hygiene, quality assurance, food safety, and environmental management systems.
- Facilitate training programs focused on food quality, waste reduction, and environmental sustainability.
Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor's degree in food science or a related discipline is required.
- Familiarity with ISO 22000, HACCP, and relevant food safety legislation.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent communication abilities.
- Proven capability to establish collaborative relationships with clients.
- A team-oriented approach with adaptability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
