Packaging Modeling and Simulation Expert

Main Responsibilities- Schedule and deliver on time the requested activities.
- Be accountable for the task completion within the team.
- Increase level of confidence of the numerical simulation models by looping up with real trials in the pilot plant and in factories.
- Co-build with Packaging Pilot team a recommendation to the requester of the project (pack engineer in EU HUB or Advanced Pack Team) for best chance of success to launch the product on shelves.
- Drive the modeling and simulation strategy.
- Manage and follow team specific budget.
- The guarantee of a relevant, competitive and scalable compensation package, through external benchmark and internal equity.
- Skills development for all, thanks to our Danone Academy France and through a year-round managerial conversation cycle.
- The possibility to use up to 3 days a year of volunteering through the platform Vendredi.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Modeling and Simulation (CAD, FEA, CFD) in industry. Packaging experience would be a clear asset. The ideal candidate should also have a minimum of 3 years of experience in team management, experience in project management and matrix organization, and strong managerial skills with a strong interest and motivation for the development of people.
