Space Operations Specialist

At Dark, we are pioneering spacecraft and mission designs to safeguard the space realm and shape our future. As a Space Operations Engineer, you will be part of a team that tackles crucial challenges through advanced engineering, focusing on velocity and agility.
Key Responsibilities- Design operational procedures to achieve mission objectives and comply with regulations and safety standards.
- Contribute to the definition of the ground segment, ensuring reliable and consistent monitoring and commanding functions of the spacecraft.
- Participate in mission preparation and execution, ensuring high-quality engineering standards.
- 7+ years of experience in space operations, including participation in launches and/or spacecraft control.
- Ideal background from the Defense/Aerospace industry.
- Hands-on experience in satellite operations and expertise in orbital mechanics, flight dynamics, and mission operations.
- High-level knowledge of systems engineering, spacecraft systems, and spacecraft performances.
- Ability to synthesize and structure clear documentation.
- Knowledge of technical English is required; fluency in French is a plus.
