Position Overview
The Store Manager at Amorino is responsible for overseeing the entire store operation and managing the team of employees.
This role includes planning and promoting the daily employee schedule, conducting interviews, hiring, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked, clean, and functioning efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training to all staff on Amorino's operational standards and procedures, ensuring continuous education on new and existing products, promotions, and policies;
- Supervise and coordinate daily tasks among team members to maintain operational efficiency;
- Monitor and enhance team members' performance in delivering quality customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring product presentation meets company standards;
- Regularly review invoices, manage costs, and handle personnel-related administrative tasks. Act as the primary contact with suppliers in the absence of the store owner. Assist in budget planning for the store;
- Focus on achieving the KPIs set by management to optimize sales, profitability, and overall store performance;
- Conduct or delegate weekly inventory checks for frozen and dry goods;
- Place orders for dry and frozen goods based on store requirements, seasonal needs, and owner guidelines;
- Oversee daily cash management activities;
- Ensure all necessary documentation regarding product traceability, machinery maintenance, and store cleanliness is completed and updated as needed;
- Manage the placement of promotional materials and signage within the store according to Amorino's standards;
- Control and monitor gelato turnover by regularly assessing serving sizes per employee to ensure balance and efficiency;
