SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking a highly skilled Crane Supervisor to join our team. As a Crane Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of cranes and other heavy equipment on offshore installations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of crane operators and other personnel involved in crane operations.
- Ensure that all crane operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of cranes and other equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for cranes and other equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and engineering, to ensure that crane operations are aligned with overall company goals and objectives.
- 10+ years of experience in crane operations and maintenance, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of ensuring safe and efficient crane operations.
- Strong knowledge of crane safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
