Job Description

At Evotec, we are seeking a highly skilled Downstream Senior Process Engineer to lead our New Product Introduction (NPI) program for biopharmaceutical products. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing processes for the introduction of new products to our J.POD Toulouse facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Process Engineering and Digital disciplines to conduct facility fit assessments and plans to support system updates needed for new product introduction.
  • Lead activities related to product and process design, process engineering, process automation, quality controls, quality assurance, supply chain, manufacturing, digital, and EHS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into our manufacturing process.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a relevant field or related program.
  • 5-10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech validation experience, including a minimum of 2 years of experience leading a New Product Introduction program for biopharmaceutical products.
  • Experience with late-stage clinical and/or commercial biologics drug substance manufacturing programs, including process validation, PPQ, and potentially commercial manufacturing.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
