We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Technician to join our team at the Ormes Factory. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the proper functioning and availability of all production equipment in the conditioning departments of the Production Unit.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting of conditioning lines.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of conditioning lines.
- Be responsible for validating the safety, quality, and performance of equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the implementation of PDCA actions (safety, ergonomics, environment, quality, hygiene, performance).
- Develop innovative technical solutions to resolve problems and improve production lines.
- Ensure format changes, monitor yields, and meet production line objectives.
- Support operators in using their tools correctly, adhering to quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental rules.
- Degree or qualification: Bachelor's degree in maintenance (MS, CRSA, etc.) or significant technical experience in electrical or mechanical fields, or equivalent level acquired through professional experience.
- Experience: First experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
- Required qualities: autonomy, strong safety awareness, organized, rigorous, dynamic, team spirit, ability to take a step back, respect, and knowledge of QHSE rules.
- No constraints for working in posted hours (morning/afternoon and possibly night).
