Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Manager to support our construction projects. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that are crucial for the successful execution of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify the technical, financial, and human resources required for project execution,
- Organize and schedule work while considering the specific context of each project,
- Assist in cost estimation and pricing evaluations,
- Oversee procurement processes with subcontractors and suppliers,
- Maintain rigorous budget oversight and project tracking,
- Prepare for and engage in site coordination meetings,
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety regulations,
- Facilitate project monitoring and performance assessment,
- Collaborate effectively within the project team.
Qualifications:
A degree at BAC +4/5 level in construction management or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, self-sufficient, innovative, and possess strong interpersonal abilities.
