Game Development Project Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Associate Producer to join our Content Creation & Publishing Team at BANDAI NAMCO Europe.

As an Associate Producer, you will work on our Western IPs, supporting all the different aspects of a project and taking leadership over some parts of the game's production.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the management of EMEA ratings and questionnaires in coordination with QA and local offices
  • Evaluating and assessing project quality during early development stages with the game evaluation team
  • Coordinating product development efforts with functional teams, such as Engineering, Localization, Printed Materials, Quality Assurance, Public Relations, Sales, and Marketing

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, design, engineering, or related discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an English speaking environment
  • Adequate knowledge of the various technologies used in the video games development
  • Excellent knowledge of consoles, video games genres and their market
  • Strong project management practices and software including Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
