Job Summary

As the Technical Events Manager, you will oversee the Audiovisual service at one of our prestigious 5-star hotels in Paris, the Georges V Hotel. You will focus on delivering top-notch customer service, acting as the main point of contact for the hotel and clients, managing all requests. You will drive operational profitability by increasing sales, managing costs, and local marketing. You will lead high-profile events ensuring flawless execution and unforgettable experiences for attendees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily client requests and ensure satisfaction
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits
  • Provide innovative solutions using appropriate resources
  • Prepare quotes and ensure project profitability
  • Coordinate overall service delivery in line with company processes
  • Report on operation profitability and quality
  • Maintain excellent customer service and client relationships
  • Oversee a team of Technicians and an Assistant Manager
Required Profile
  • Minimum education level: BAC+2
  • Significant project management experience in events or luxury hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of audiovisual technical equipment
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and autonomy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and fluent in English
  • Impeccable presentation and detail-oriented
