As a high-tech Implementation Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful deployment of the Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) POS system for our small to medium-sized business clients. This role sits at the crossroads of technology and customer service, requiring collaboration with various teams to deliver customized and efficient POS solutions. If you are enthusiastic about utilizing technology for smooth implementations and thrive in a low-touch environment, we invite you to consider this opportunity.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Automation and Configuration:
    • Implement and configure software solutions utilizing automation tools to meet client needs.
    • Manage and implement workflows within ChurnZero to enhance and automate processes.
    • Utilize advanced queue management strategies to boost efficiency and responsiveness.
    • Develop automated workflows within ChurnZero for smooth customer interactions.
    • Work with internal teams to automate routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Planning and Coordination:
    • Create and execute detailed implementation plans for the POS system, leveraging automation and digital workflows.
    • Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Underwriting, Billing, and Support, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
    • Ensure projects stay on track, addressing any issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Possess a comprehensive understanding of POS technology and its applications.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to address specific client configurations and customizations.
    • Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Training and Documentation:
    • Conduct training sessions for clients on effectively using the implemented POS system.
    • Create and maintain thorough documentation for clients and internal teams.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure the quality and precision of POS system implementations.
    • Perform extensive testing and validation to confirm the functionality and reliability of the deployed solutions.
  • Project Documentation:
    • Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including status updates.

Your Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Implementation Consultant, ideally within the POS technology sector.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency in POS systems and related technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
