- Manage and motivate a team of Regional Trade Marketing Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and suppliers.
- 8-10+ years of experience in marketing and trade positions in the beauty/fragrance/luxury industry.
- Strong understanding of strategic marketing, retail excellence, and sales.
- Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of retail excellence and client experience.
- Agile and proactive with the ability to come up with solutions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
