Position Title: Healthcare Support Worker

The Group Hospitalier Sud, a division of CHU de Bordeaux, is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to enhance their team. This position entails coordinating care activities, aiding patients with daily living tasks, responding to urgent situations, and engaging in educational programs.
Job Overview:
- Work involves shifts with flexible schedules
- One weekend on duty followed by two weekends off
- Shifts of 7.5 hours: 7am-2:30pm, 1:30pm-9pm, or 9am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and organize care activities effectively
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and comfort
- Provide emotional and practical support to patients and their families
- Manage critical emergency situations
- Facilitate patient education regarding nutrition
- Observe, document, and relay patient health information
- Participate in the training of new personnel
- Contribute to departmental projects
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications:
