About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our restaurant team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including controlling goods costs, following up on administrative tasks, and respecting and ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Control and coordinate the activities of the team
- Assist the manager in various tasks
- Respect and ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, the establishment's quality charter, and budgetary requirements
- Train staff to ensure compliance with standards
Your Qualifications
- BTS or DUT "Management Assistant" or equivalent
- BTS in hotel and restaurant management
What We Offer
- Seasonal fixed-term contract
- Net monthly salary: 2100 – 2300 euros net per month depending on profile
