We are seeking two Canalization Technicians to join our team at EQUANS, a leading provider of technical services and infrastructure solutions.

Your Mission

As a Canalization Technician, you will be part of our team at our Barentin center, where we perform infrastructure works on external network systems, including wastewater, rainwater, drinking water supply, telecommunications, and fiber optics, gas, electricity (low and high voltage), and public lighting (maintenance and new works). You will also work on aerial networks (support lifting, cable deployment, and connections for low and high voltage lines).

Responsibilities

• Excavation of trenches using construction equipment, following plans and descriptions from the project manager.
• Installing and maintaining water network systems.
• Creating openings and access points for future repairs and maintenance visits.
• Backfilling trenches manually and/or mechanically.
• Securing the work site and implementing health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who want to pursue a CAP in Construction of Water Network Systems, TP Canalization, or a similar qualification. You should enjoy working outdoors and be a hands-on person. You should also have a good team spirit and be rigorous and willing to learn. A means of transportation is recommended.
