Internship Overview:
We are seeking motivated interns to assist our Investment Banking Department, particularly in the following teams:1) Technology (Software)
2) Smart Industry (Energy Transition & Sustainability and Industrial Tech)
Our department has established itself as a leader in advising European growth companies on strategic financial transactions, including M&A, ECM, and Private Placements.
Responsibilities:
The intern will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:· Managing a diverse range of transactions, such as M&A, IPOs, and Private Placements for growth companies across Europe and beyond.
· Creating client presentations, including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, and valuation documents.
· Conducting financial analyses, modeling, and valuations (LBO, DCF, peer comparisons, etc.).
· Supporting the deal team in transaction execution, including investor outreach, due diligence, and process management.
· Performing additional tasks like corporate presentations, sector analyses, and compiling investor lists.
Candidate Profile:
