About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bricomarché, a leading home improvement retailer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers, ensuring they find the right products for their needs.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
