Project Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to lead the design and execution of ground-up multi-family and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background and the ability to manage projects from conception through to completion, ensuring high-quality design and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead architectural design and planning for ground-up multi-family and hospitality projects.
* Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop project specifications and requirements.
* Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documents for project approvals and construction.
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
* Conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
* Mentor and guide junior staff and job captains throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
* Licensed Architect with 5 years of experience in multi-family and hospitality projects.
* Strong proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
* Experience with project management and client relations.
* Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
