About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team at our Tourcoing facility. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and reviewing technical documentation, including plans and electrical schematics
  • Organizing and prioritizing tasks based on instructions and deadlines
  • Determining the necessary tools and materials to complete tasks efficiently
  • Performing electrical installations, cable work, and testing of electrical panels
  • Programming and configuring electrical systems using computer software
  • Implementing technical updates and upgrades to existing installations
  • Conducting diagnostic tests and troubleshooting electrical systems
  • Ensuring the smooth execution of client projects and verifying compliance with industry standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of electrical principles and concepts
  • Knowledge of electrical materials and components, as well as electrical safety protocols
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including plans and electrical schematics
  • Experience with electrical installations, cable work, and testing of electrical panels
  • Proficiency in programming and configuring electrical systems using computer software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education and Experience:

A minimum of a BTS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with several years of relevant experience in the electrical industry.
